An interview with Linda Hobden about Boomer on the Ledge™

My blogging friend, Linda Hobden from the UK, was kind enough to do an interview with me about my book, Boomer on the Ledge™ back in November. I just learned how to reblog other posts on my site, so I’ve included an excerpt and link to Linda’s blog Boots, Shoes and Fashion. You can read the complete interview there and leave a comment. Check out Linda’s blog and follow her – she has such interesting guests. And since she interviewed me, you know she doesn’t focus solely on fashion.

You may have heard of the traditional American Christmas Elf on the Shelf – but I am going to introduce you to something even cuter – “Boomer On The Ledge”!  The book & toy “Boomer On The Ledge” was created by author Molly Stevens, whose blog “Shallow Reflections” just happens to be one of my favourites.  Having just been published this November,  I couldn’t wait to buy a copy of the book and I wasn’t disappointed – it was packed full of sketches that reflect Molly’s fun sense of humour!  I couldn’t wait to ask Molly about “Boomer” …. Hi Molly!

Hi! My name is Molly Stevens, and I live in central Maine. When I’m not writing, working or rummaging around in the middle of the night looking for a snack, I love to spend time with my husband, Patrick, and our son, daughter-in-law and two perfect grandsons. This is my first book.

  1. Fab interview, Molly! I’m with you on the loose-fitting clothes. Heck, I don’t even wear rings or watches unless there’s plenty of swivel room 🙂 The book cover is a grabber. Being a boomer myself, the title alone set me to laughing. Wishing you all the best, my friend! ❤

  2. Really a great interview, Molly. Nice to see you over on Linda’s blog! I love reading about your creative processes for your book and doll! We finally got more snow in the Sierras last night and more over the coming weekend, so sheepskin-lined boots are on my cold feet as I write this!

  3. Great interview, Molly. I liked hearing more about how the book came to be, as well as more about you. Skinny jeans and flowing tops that hide the nachos. Yup, that’s me too. Thanks for the smiles, as always. 🙂

I love comments. Just type in the box below to make me happy, okay?
